Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using the Abhivyakti 2026 portal, including the login page at https://abhivyakti.siicincubator.com/ and any related features, applications, services, or content (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1Definitions
- “Platform” means the Abhivyakti 2026 website and all associated features, including user login, event information, and any interactive services.
- “User”, “you”, or “your” means any person accessing, using, registering, or logging into the Platform.
- “We”, “us”, or “our” refers to the organisers of Abhivyakti 2026, managed under the Startup Incubation and Innovation Centre, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.

By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Continued access or use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3User Accounts & Security
- Account Creation: Certain parts of the Platform (including the login portal) require creating a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
- Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Unauthorized Use: Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
4Acceptable Use
When using the Platform, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas of the Platform.
- Interfere with the Platform’s security or functionality.

11Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
12Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this document reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
